Navigate the dark season and develop more comfort with solitude and inner listening through building sacred rituals. Together, we'll experiment with various ritual building tools - creating an altar/sacred place, manifestation artwork, nature and dance.

Each of the four sessions will include gentle, mindful movement and opportunities for writing. A ritual tool will be introduced and experimented with each week. You will be invited but not required to share your reflections/experiences with the group.
