Spirituality, Creativity and Intuition in Psychotherapy:
Once a scaffolding of self-knowledge and trust have been established, I love guiding people in using their creativity, spirituality and intuition to understand, express and transform important aspects of their lives and experiences.
Spirituality, to me, means weaving intention into everyday life and believing both that there are universal forces beyond our control that we can work with to shape our lives. Other ways of saying this - tending to the unseen but felt; becoming clear on what we want and believing that we have the power to get it; understanding that we shape our world; trusting our inner knowing.
Intention-setting, visualization and affirmations are tools I find powerful in personal transformation. Research on growth mindset shows that people who believe their abilities and circumstances can improve through effort are more likely to achieve their goals. If we expect success and act accordingly, we are more likely to create conditions that lead to that success. In our work, we clarify your deepest desires and set meaningful intentions that align with your values and goals.
No artistic skill or particular physical ability is required—just curiosity and a willingness to experiment.
